Have a camping question or need some help? Our friendly info booth staff at each campground plaza are here to assist you and can provide you with a festival guide and map if you need one. Large Map signs can also be found throughout the festival.

If an item or item(s) are lost during your festival stay, head to the Lost & Found booth (see festival map for exact location) We have partnered with LIFF to manage our Lost and Found Items. Liff enables you to follow their simple instructions and get real time updates on your lost items. Still didn’t find your item? After the festival, keep checking the LIFF APP to see if your item was turned in. All items will be held for 30 days and returned at the owner’s expense. Unclaimed low value items will be donated to charity, all remaining items past the 30 days will be repurposed at Do LaB’s discretion with good intentions.

Established and staffed by a group of passionate music lovers who choose to remain clean and sober at the festival. Meetings are open to everyone seeking fellowship in the midst of all the fun. There is no judgment on others’ decisions related to drugs and alcohol, neither condemning or condoning their use. Lightning without a Bottle’s location will be provided closer to the festival! Harm Reduction is a set of practical strategies and services where the goal is to support a safe festival experience. We want to keep people healthy, happy and out of the Medical tent. We partner with several organizations to make sure our attendees stay safe and informed.
RANGERS - Guardians of the shared values of the community. Empowered by LIB and Do LaB to address safety concerns, mediate disputes, and resolve conflicts
MEDICAL- Find Medical & Harm Reduction services at two onsite locations or ask anyone with a walkie to call Medical for you. Medical Booth locations will be identified on the festival map and updated here.
EMOTIONAL SERVICES - If you’re having a difficult experience, physically or emotionally, you can visit with trained therapists and volunteers who will help provide a safe space for you.
DANCESAFE - Need a pair of free earplugs? Have a question about how to have a safe festival experience? Stop by the DanceSafe booth. Since 1998, this organization promotes health and safety within nightlife and festival communities.
SECURITY - Event security will be located at the perimeter of the festival, as well as throughout the event space and in the campgrounds.
